Leads the management of policies at the national and sectoral level related to interculturality, indigenous peoples, and the Afro-Peruvian community. In addition, it promotes and establishes strategies to effectively disseminate intercultural practices in all strata of our society.
THE CHALLENGE
GENERATE AN AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION PROJECT WITH AECID
The Ministry of Culture of Peru, in collaboration with the Vice Ministry of Interculturality and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID), embarked on the project «Recognition and exercise of the political, economic, social and cultural rights of the population Afro-Peruvian at the national level and for post-Covid-19 recovery. The challenge was clear: give voice and visibility to the Representative Afro-Peruvian Organizations (ROA) that make up the Afro-Peruvian Population Working Group (GTPA).
THE SOLUTION
CREATING A MEANINGFUL VISUAL NARRATIVE
Consorcio Digital was at the forefront of this project by designing and developing an impressive audiovisual production. Our team collaborated closely with the Directorate of Policies for the Afro-Peruvian Population of the Ministry of Culture to plan, record, and edit a documentary video that presented the progress and execution of the project. The key was transforming data and achievements into a visual narrative to share nationally.
THE ADDED VALEU
BEYOND JUST RECORDING
Our added value was not limited to the recording and editing technique. We understood the importance of capturing the essence of the project and conveying the empowering stories authentically. We conducted in-depth and meaningful interviews with ROA and GTPA members, allowing us to not only count the number of organizations but also the voices and faces behind them.
SUMMARY
Raising voices, inspiring changes
In association with the Ministry of Culture of Peru and supported by the impulse of the Vice Ministry of Interculturality and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation, Consorcio Digital carried out an exceptional audiovisual production. Through an emotional and enriching documentary video, we were able to present the progress and achievements of the project «Recognition and exercise of the political, economic, social and cultural rights of the Afro-Peruvian population at the national level and for post-COVID-19 recovery.» More than just a registry, we created a powerful tool for awareness and change, highlighting the progress of ROA, which went from 47 to 83 registered organizations nationwide in just two years.

We are committed to elevating voices and generating impact through our productions, contributing to the advancement of significant projects like this.
